I've decided not to eat out for dinner today (it's getting pretty expensive) so got home and nearly cooked maggi but then decided to rummage the fridge and saw that I had a piece of apple cucumber sitting in the vegetable drawer. Knowing I will never have the time to cook mum's apple cucumber + mushrooms dish, I've decided to make soup with it instead. Tasted yummy and that was dinner that night!
